Leverkusen (dpa) - Bayer Leverkusen's sports director Rudi Völler is convinced of coach Peter Bosz despite the recent setbacks and, according to his own statement, does not think of an alternative.
“Peter Bosz is our plan B!” Said the 60-year-old in an interview with “Bild am Sonntag”.
Bosz (57) is still the same coach with whom the works club was top of the league table two months ago.
"Everyone was enthusiastic about his style of play and which we wanted exactly because he is a perfect match for Bayer 04."
The Dutchman is a "very honest person, almost too honest and too critical of himself," continued Völler.
“He knows the situation, doesn't talk nicely.
