The Civil Guard has mounted a search device to locate a snake that this Saturday bit a 30-year-old man in

La Puebla de Montalbán (Toledo)

, who is admitted to the ICU of the Virgen de la Salud Hospital in Toledo.

As reported by sources from the Government Delegation in Castilla-La Mancha, agents from the La Puebla de Montalbán post and the Nature Protection Service (Seprona) are participating in the search device.

The search began after learning that a man received a bite from a snake on the afternoon of this Saturday in La Puebla de Montalbán, which the victim himself claimed was a rattlesnake, although at the moment this data has not been confirmed, according to The Government Delegation and the 112 emergency service have informed Efe this Sunday.

The 112 has specified that the event occurred at 7.30 p.m.

and that the health services went to the place where it occurred to attend to the victim, who was transferred in an ambulance to the Virgen de la Salud Hospital.

In turn, sources from the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service (Sescam) have assured that the man who received the bite is in the ICU of the hospital center.
