At the moment the main trial against the man began in the autumn, the criminal act must have taken place according to the lawsuit filed by the man in Örebro District Court - through a so-called convention action.

The prosecutor is being prosecuted for unjustified prosecution for all three charges that the man was suspected of and later acquitted of.

Released during trial

The indictment against the man was dropped during the ongoing trial, by another prosecutor.

According to the man, in none of the cases should the original prosecutor "have had reason to expect a conviction" based on interrogations and evidence obtained.

He must also have broken in his objectivity, he says.

The man also believes that the suspicions against him were further weakened during the course of the preliminary investigation, and that police tried to persuade a witness to exaggerate information and to pursue a case against the man - against her will.

32 points

The lawsuit refers to interrogations with police officers who are to prove the man's case.

Under "other evidence" there are 32 points, where the man points to circumstances and shortcomings in the legal proceedings.

He is also claiming SEK 635,000 in damages for violation and loss of income.

The prosecutor denies the crime and has been assigned a public defender.

The case will be heard in the district court on March 3 and 4, and it is the man himself who brings his own action.
