China News Service, February 27. The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted a report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country on the 27th that the government denied the conclusion in the US intelligence report that the Saudi leadership approved the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

According to Russian media reports, the Saudi News Agency quoted a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, stating that "The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia completely denies the negative, erroneous and unacceptable evaluation of the leadership of the Kingdom contained in the report, and pointed out that the report contains incorrect information and conclusions. ."

The statement shows that the Saudi government has taken necessary measures against those who commit criminal acts.

The message stated that “the kingdom rejects any measures that violate its leadership, sovereignty and the independence of its judicial system.”

Earlier news said that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence of the United States believed that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman "personally approved the killing of Khashoggi."

Khashoggi died in the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul in October 2018.

Some time after the video and audio recording appeared, the Saudi side admitted that Khashoggi had "argued with the consular officer staff" and died.

The Saudi side has punished those involved in the case accordingly.

The Turkish police have never been able to find his body.

Prior to this, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has repeatedly stated that the Saudi Crown Prince has nothing to do with the death of Khashoggi.
