- It was terrible and I felt so cheated, says Michelle Bedrup.

She needs to rebuild the stable to be able to start the business with horse breeding, accommodation and rehabilitation.

- I ordered the stuff for the stable in 2018 and it ended in a lawsuit after a year and a half, says Michelle Bedrup.

Michelle won the dispute and has now turned to another supplier to get her goods.

Several affected

SVT nyheter has been in contact with about 20 people who tell similar stories where Sydstall promised delivery within four to six weeks but no goods have appeared or the wrong things have come.

Customers are out with hundreds of thousands of kronor.

- There are a number of self-employed people who have been affected and they can not run their business either, says Michelle Bedrup.

Three registrations

As the victims are often self-employed, they do not have the same consumer protection as private individuals, which may be a reason why the General Complaints Board has not received any reports against Sydstall.

The Swedish Consumer Agency currently has three complaints against the company.

Sydstall's owner Robin Claesson says that in Michelle Bedrup's case, the problems were due to his company being newly started.

As for the past year, he believes that the corona pandemic is the reason why he has not been able to deliver ordered goods.
