The main ruling party in Tunisia mobilized thousands of supporters on Saturday February 27.

A show of force that risks accentuating the tensions in the midst of a standoff between the Islamist formation Ennahdha and the President of the Republic.

While the Workers' Party mobilized 200 people, the Ennahdha Party gathered more than 10,000 supporters.

The Islamist movement intended to remind the public that it remains the leading political force in Parliament.

And that he supports the government in place against the President of the Republic.

The only party capable of bringing together such a crowd, Ennahdha had organized everything.

Buses from all over the country, snacks, numerous flags of Tunisia and a large sound stage to advocate national unity and dialogue.

Nejib Akraou came from the Sahel: “

We are for national unity.

To overcome the critical political situation through which Tunisia is going.

Ennahdha does not block.

Nahda is for the institutions to work together because the economic and social situation cannot support this blockage.

"

The President of the Republic refused, for suspicion of conflicts of interest, the ministerial reshuffle in January, leading to institutional paralysis.

Ennahdha also intended to send a message to the Head of State who continues to demand support from the street.

Ensaf Labéi: “

Kaïs Saied is not bad.

But its surroundings, they want the dictatorship to return.

What does dictatorship mean?

It is that one person commands and rules.

No, we don't want that anymore.

We want the people to rule.

"

Losing speed and influence, the Islamist party is also attacking the Destourien Free Party of Abir Moussi which, last week, mobilized a host of supporters in the city of Sousse where Mohamed Sahli is from:

The Tunisians, those who elected Mr. President, they were fooled, I am among these people.

But we can take it for the next three years.

But Abir Moussi, it is she who stops any desire to do something for the economy, for society.

She is the major problem.
