Uppsala resident Åke Pålshammar is 79 years old and has mostly met his family digitally during the year.

But there have also been some physical meetings with the family who live closest - outdoors and at a distance.

- Then we enjoyed a wonderful time together, but no hugs, he says.

For him, the year has been instructive on the digital level because he also teaches neuropsychology at Uppsala University.

- From the beginning I was terribly negative about it, but then I discovered that it is possible to do things in a different way than you are used to.

You have to think new.
