The driver was able to leave the vehicle unharmed on Friday, as the fire department announced.
The lane was partially closed and there were long traffic jams in the evening rush hour.
The truck loaded with metal parts probably caught fire due to a technical defect.
When the emergency services arrived, the vehicle was already completely in flames.
A diesel tank also burned and the fuel seeped into the ground.
A specialist company cleaned the road, the earth probably has to be dredged.
