Schwerin (dpa / mv) - Health Minister Harry Glawe (CDU) has called on all those entitled to vaccination priority 1 to get vaccinated.
The minister sees potential in this group in particular in people who are under 65 years of age and who regularly treat people in need of care in facilities, as the Ministry of Health announced in Schwerin on Friday.
"These include, for example, podiatrists, occupational therapists, pastors or general practitioners who regularly look after patients in a home," said Glawe in a message.
They could arrange a vaccination appointment with a corresponding certificate from the facilities.
According to the ministry, there has been a corona first vaccination in 248 of 256 care facilities in the state, and a second vaccination in 218 homes.
The infection process there is slowly receding.
