The economy worked decently in 2020 with compensation grants that the club received from the municipality and the Swedish Sports Confederation.

- The year 2020 was still quite good.

We received the membership fees at the beginning of the year and after the summer the situation with the pandemic was calmer so we received many new members, says Cecilia Holmgren, chairman of the gymnastics club Norra Norden.

"Looks really heavy"

But this year it looks like it will be tougher and the reason is that the business has been closed for several months before the reopening.

The club manages and operates the facility itself and the operating cost is the same regardless of whether they can use the premises or not.

- It looks really heavy, but we hope that we can tie some new sponsors to fix this year, says Cecilia Holmgren who is set that there will be no income from any events.
