Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - In the process of a murdered woman, the husband accused of murder was incriminated by his girlfriend.
The 33-year-old confirmed on Thursday in front of the Frankfurt Regional Court as a witness that the defendant gave a gold chain to the wife who was reported missing in October 2019.
In addition, he wanted to give her the cell phone of the allegedly missing person as a gift and let her move into the marital home.

The woman was reported missing by the defendant in late October 2019.
The man got involved in contradictions with the police, so that an investigation was carried out against him.
Bone remnants from the victim were later seized from a landfill in Flörsheim-Wicker.
According to the indictment, he is said to have disposed of the body in a waste compactor at his place of work.
So far he denies any guilt for the death of his wife.
The trial before the jury chamber should last until mid-April.
