In week 7, the average was 228 new cases, about the same number as in week 6 when the corresponding figure was 229.

In terms of the number of inhabitants in the municipality, Hässleholm now tops with 433 new confirmed cases of infection per 100,000 inhabitants for week 7. Perstorp and Klippan also have a high figure compared with the other Skåne municipalities and stand at 360 new cases.

Skurup had the lowest increase in infection, where 50 new cases were found per 100,000 inhabitants.

In Hörby, the spread of infection continues to be low compared with other municipalities, where the figure was 77 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

By the summer, everyone should have received a vaccine

On Wednesday, Region Skåne was able to announce that they are hopeful for the summer.
