In the trial of the violent death of a young Brazilian in Hamburg, the public prosecutor and accessory prosecution have demanded life imprisonment for the 46-year-old defendant.
The prosecutor spoke of a murder with the intention of concealment, as a court spokesman announced on Thursday.
No public was allowed in the pleadings.
According to the indictment, the 46-year-old allegedly gave the 28-year-old a drink with a potentially fatal dose of an ecstasy-amphetamine mixture after a birthday party in September 2019 in order to be able to numb him and force him to have sex.

In the process, the man with Italian and French citizenship has to answer another case.
In 2018 he is said to have given another man a drink with knockout drops at a party, raped the unconscious man and made photos and videos of it.
He later tried to blackmail his victim.
The man appeared in the trial as a joint plaintiff and testified in camera at the trial.

The public prosecutor's office assessed these acts from 2018, among other things, as rape in a particularly serious case in unity with dangerous bodily harm, the court said.
According to the information, the public prosecutor's office and accessory prosecution demanded a life sentence for all of the accused.
