Gadeokdo New Airport Special Act, pushed by the big two parties, crossed the threshold of the National Assembly Judiciary Committee on the 25th.

The passage of the plenary session of the National Assembly tomorrow is also influential.

Originally, businesses with a large amount of money had to be investigated for economic feasibility in advance, but if necessary, they were nailed as not doing research.

However, the environmental impact assessment, which was not included in the original bill, has been changed.

Reporter Kim Soo-young carefully weighed the contents of the special law.

The Gadeokdo New Airport Special Bill, initiated in November last year.

In three months, it has reached the threshold of the National Assembly Legislative Judicial Council.

There were no votes against the ruling party or the opposition party that opposed the presidential event.

The biggest controversy, the'preliminary feasibility study', which verifies the economic feasibility in advance, allowed the exemption to be exempted according to the original draft, but the Minister of Strategy and Finance stated that unlike the original draft without a subject, the Minister of Strategy and Finance has the right to exempt.

Also, in the case of the environmental impact assessment, which was omitted in the original draft, it was stipulated that the implementation of the alternative was carried out.

It is interpreted as a result of being conscious of the criticism of public opinion that it is a straightforward election legislation.

The two parties, which agreed to pass the bill, had a nervous war over the documents of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport that pointed out the problems of the Gadeokdo New Airport.

With the passage of the plenary session influential tomorrow, there is a great concern that the provision of'exemption exemption' will remain a precedent for national projects with a huge budget of at least 7 trillion won and up to 28 trillion won.

Immediately, Daegu and Gyeongbuk were requesting a new integrated airport.

Some point out that the provision to replace licensing matters stipulated by the Forest Protection Act and Military Facility Protection Act only with the approval of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport neutralizes the existing regulatory framework.
