Three days after the death of the Italian ambassador, Luca Attanasio, his bodyguard and a driver of the world food program (WFP), the investigations of the Congolese special services have already started.

, the security services were called together for the said investigations alongside

diplomatic adviser

While the investigation has already started, the specialized services in the provinces "

Italy also asked the UN on Wednesday to open an investigation and " 

clear answers

 " after this tragedy.

We have formally requested the WFP and the UN to open an investigation to shed light on what happened, the reasons justifying the security system put in place and who is responsible for these decisions

”, declared Luigi Di Maio in front of the Italian deputies.

Funeral this Thursday in Italy

And meanwhile, Italian authorities already know a little more about the murder.

According to the transalpine press, the first results of the autopsy ordered by the prosecutor's office in Rome revealed that the two deceased Italians each received two bullets.

The scanner revealed that the bullets passed through the bodies from left to right.

of the ambassador and his bodyguard will take place this Thursday, February 25 in the Basilica of Saint Mary Major in Rome.
