, France has pledged to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030.

But will the

Climate Bill

be sufficient to meet this commitment?

Today, this climate law alone does not meet this objective.

It's very clear.

After that, we must also take into account that this Climate law is only 40% of our measures.

60% of our measures will be passed elsewhere, in a finance bill, in a European bill, in a constitutional bill.

There are many of our measures that will have to go elsewhere,

”clarifies Grégoire Fraty, member of the Citizen's Climate Convention (CCC). 

Many of the measures are not of a national nature, but of a regional nature, believes Grégoire Fraty, who assures us that the 150 will be attentive to the regional policies that will be put in place.

Today we can doubt the achievement of these objectives but I refuse to look only at the climate law.

The climate law is part of the answer.

But that's not the whole answer.

it would also be forgetting 80 of our measures which are found elsewhere and I do not forget them.

We will follow them.

And then we will do the accounts, 

”insists this member of the Citizens' Convention.

The citizens' mission stops this weekend, but they will continue to monitor the taking into account of their proposals, in particular with the association they have created "the 150".
