Lauterbach (dpa / lhe) - Three people were arrested on Thursday night after attempting to blow up an ATM in Lauterbach in the Vogelsberg district in central Hesse.
During the operation, a shot was fired at the perpetrator's vehicle, as the police announced on Thursday morning.
No one was injured.
Several media had previously reported.
According to the police, traces were secured on Thursday morning.
The passage through Lauterbach-Maar was closed in the meantime.
The police started the investigation.
