Fines for disrupting the activities of NGOs

Thus, the head of state put his signature under the federal law "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses."

It deals with the administrative responsibility for the dissemination in the media and the Internet of information about a non-profit organization, public association, individual performing the functions of a foreign agent, as well as materials produced by him without appropriate labeling.

For individuals, a fine from 2 thousand to 2.5 thousand rubles is provided with the possible seizure of materials, for officials - from 4 thousand to 5 thousand rubles with confiscation, for legal entities - from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

In addition, NPO-foreign agents will be fined for the production and distribution of materials without appropriate labeling.

For officials, the amount of the sanction will be from 100 thousand rubles to 300 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 300 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.

Internet Drug Abuse Punishment Act

Another signed law supplements article 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for punishment for inducement to use drugs and psychotropic substances, with a new qualifying feature - the commission of a crime using information and communication networks, including the Internet.

Now for this imprisonment is provided for a term of five to ten years.

At the same time, if the inducement to use drugs leads to the death of two or more victims through negligence, then a punishment will be provided in the form of imprisonment from 12 to 15 years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 20 years.

Increased penalties for disobeying security officials

Also, Vladimir Putin signed a law on fines for disobedience to law enforcement and security officials at rallies.

Now the fine will be from 2 thousand to 4 thousand rubles or arrest for up to 15 days or compulsory work for 40 to 120 hours.

The repeated punishment will amount to a fine of 10,000 to 20,000 rubles or 30 days of arrest.

The fine will be from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles, for officials - from 15 thousand to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.

Fines for sanctions against Russian media

The head of state signed a law providing for large fines for non-compliance with the law on a sustainable Internet and violation of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation, including censorship of Russian media.

So, if the owners of information resources ignore the warning about violation of the rights of Russians, they face the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles, for officials - from 200 thousand to 400 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 600 thousand up to 1 million rubles.

In case of repeated refusal to comply with the requirement of the Russian authorities, monetary fines will be from 200 to 300 thousand rubles, for officials - from 500 to 700 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 1.5 million to 3 million rubles.

Prohibition to drop off children without tickets from public transport

In addition, the President of Russia signed a law that prohibits the unloading of passengers under 16 from public transport who have not paid their fare.

The document introduces changes to the "charter of road transport and urban land electric transport."

At the same time, if the passenger accompanying the children has not presented them with documents granting the right to a reduced fare, payment is charged from the point of departure to the nearest stop.

If it was not possible to determine the place of boarding a free-rider, the starting point of the route is taken into account.

Electronic work book

Also, Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides an opportunity to include records of work experience until 2020 in the electronic work book.

To do this, citizens of the Russian Federation must apply to the Russian Pension Fund with a corresponding statement.
