An interministerial decree published in

the Official Journal

of February 24, 2021 recognized the state of natural disaster under “floods and mudslides from February 1 to 9, 2021” for 47 municipalities in Gironde.

Major floods had affected the south of the department during the passage of storm Justine.

The list of municipalities: Arveyres, Bagas, Barie, Barsac, Bassanne, Béguey, Les Billaux, Blaignac, Bourdelles, Budos, Cadillac, Castets et Castillon, Caudrot, Cévrier, Floudès, Fontet, Gironde-sur-Dropt, Guîtres, Hure, Lamothe- Landerron, Langon, Loupiac, Loupiac-de-la-Réole, Mongauzy, Morizès, Mouliets-et-Villemartin, Paillet, Les Peintures, Podensac, Portets, Preignac, Pujols-sur-Ciron, Puybarban, La Réole, Sablons, Saint-Denis-de-Pile, Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Sainte-Terre, Saint-Macaire, Saint-Maixant, Saint-Pierre-d'Aurillac, Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, Saint-Sulpice- de-Faleyrens, Savignac-de-l'Isle, Toulenne, Verdelais, Virelade.

The victims have a period of ten days from the publication of the order in

the Official Journal

to file with their insurance company an estimate of their damage, with a view to obtaining compensation for the damage suffered.
