Putin signed a law on fines for violations of the activities of non-profit organizations-foreign agents

The law is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

According to the law, a fine will be imposed for the dissemination of information about an individual foreign agent, as well as materials produced by him in the mass media or on the Internet without the appropriate marking of his special status.

Earlier it was reported that for individuals the fine will be from 2 thousand to 2.5 thousand rubles, and for officials - from 4 thousand to 5 thousand rubles.

At the same time, for legal entities, the fine will be from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

Also, for the production of materials by an NCO-foreign agent and their distribution, including through the media or the Internet, without special marking, the law provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles, and on legal entities - from 300 thousand up to 500 thousand rubles.

The law was also approved by the State Duma and the Federation Council.
