Paderborn (AP) - Bundesliga relegated SC Paderborn has secured one point in the catch-up game of the second Bundesliga against 1. FC Heidenheim.

Dennis Srbeny saved the team of coach Steffen Baumgart in stoppage time (90th + 1 minute) on Tuesday the 2-2 draw (1-1).

The attacker had already scored in stoppage time in the first half with a penalty to equalize (45th + 2).

Last year's third from Heidenheim missed the third win in a row, although the committed guests had twice led by Tim Kleindienst (13th) and Christian Kühlwetter (77th).

Due to the fair division of points, both teams remain in the secured midfield.

Paderborn is tenth with 31 points from 22 games, Heidenheim remains eighth with 33 points.

Coach Frank Schmidt's team had to replace its first goal scorer, Kleindienst, who had to leave the field injured just a few minutes after his goal to make it 1-0.

The game on matchday 20 was supposed to take place on February 7th, but was canceled because of the onset of winter and heavy snowfall in East Westphalia.

On Tuesday the game was played in spring-like temperatures and almost 30 degrees Celsius more.
