The largest party in Region Blekinge's Alliance Government, the Moderates, is shaken by an ongoing power struggle.

On January 18, the party had a meeting in the regional group and voted on the trust of the chairman of the health and medical care committee Emma Stjernlöf - where the majority lacked confidence.

Now comes another setback for the top moderate.

- On Sunday evening, I received a text message with information that I am no longer welcome at the alliance's internal meetings - following a decision from the Moderate, Emma Stjernlöf says.

Questioning the decision

She believes that the suspension does not stop her from doing her job, but questions the decision.

- For me, it is obvious that I am excluded from the internal moderate work, when they have directed distrust towards me.

But I question that the Moderates have decided on behalf of the entire alliance that I may not participate, she says.

SVT Nyheter Blekinge has sought the Moderates' Blekinge chairman Roger Fredriksson for a comment.
