Holzgerlingen (dpa / lsw) - With the threat of shooting his neighbor, a drunk man in the Böblingen district triggered a major police operation.
The 54-year-old man himself reported an emergency call to the officials on Tuesday night and announced such an act after the dispute with his neighbor.
As the police also announced, the forces surrounded his house in Holzgerlingen and arrested the man without resistance.
In the building, officers found and confiscated three firearms.
It is currently assumed that one of the weapons is also sharp, said a police spokesman.
When the officers confiscated the firearms, the 54-year-old became angry and threatened to shoot the police officers.
An alcohol test confirmed that the man was drunk.
