Jesper is very social and has humor in tons, says Anna.

He thrives on Mo farm, where all staff and residents speak sign language.

- It does not matter if it is the carpet aunt, the caretaker or the neighbor.

He can talk to anyone.

Difficult for changes

In addition to deafblindness, Jesper has a severe psychiatric developmental disorder and ADHD.

- He needs people around him all the time who know sign language, and he has a very hard time for change.

At the new accommodation, Jesper's assistants will speak sign language, but not other staff and residents.

Anna does not doubt that Stenebrunn is a good place to live and that the staff there know their job, but states that it is not a place to live for Jesper.

- He will be isolated.

Initiated relocation despite court decision

As early as 2019, Kumla municipality decided to move Jesper from Mo farm because it was thought that the municipality's own housing Stenebrunn would suit him.

Jesper appealed, but the administrative court has not yet decided the case.

The court decided on so-called inhibition - meaning that Jesper should not be moved before they have fallen in the case.

A decision the municipality is now going against.

- I do not understand how they can do that, says mother Anna.

In the clip, Anna and Jesper's good husband tell why they do not want Jesper to have to move.
