Waltrop (dpa / lnw) - A 79-year-old e-bike driver was killed in a collision with a car in Waltrop near Recklinghausen.
The collision occurred on Tuesday afternoon for an unexplained cause at the junction of a street, the police said.
A 32-year-old man was at the wheel of the car.
The e-bike driver was injured so badly by the collision that he died at the scene of the accident before the rescue workers arrived.
The property damage amounts to around 12,000 euros.
