Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - Third division soccer club SV Wehen Wiesbaden has expanded its winning streak to nine unbeaten games.

The team of coach Rüdiger Rehm came on Monday evening to a deserved 3: 1 (3: 1) against KFC Uerdingen.

After the fourth win in a row, the SVWW is in fourth place in the table with one point behind Hansa Rostock;

the team from the Baltic Sea, however, played one game less.

Jakov Medic (20th minute) and Maurice Malone twice met with long-range shots (32nd and 38th) against the hitherto best defense in the league.

Fridolin Wagner had put the guests in the lead after ten minutes.

Uerdingen's Tim Albutat saw a yellow-red for a foul in the 88th minute.
