More will have to work remotely after the pandemic

A large majority of the employees at the tech companies in Silicon Valley work from home and they can do the same after the pandemic.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has said that half of the employees will be allowed to work from home in 5-10 years.

Spotify has also said that their employees should be allowed to work from home permanently if they want to.

Sondre Rasch, who is the CEO of the company Safetywin, believes that companies will to a greater extent start hiring people globally.

- If the best applicant is from another country, companies will be more open to hiring that person because it is practically possible, says Sondre Rasch.
