Schweinfurt (dpa / lby) - A girl from Lower Franconia is said to have been offered to other men for sex by her mother's friend: Now the woman and her 49-year-old partner have to answer for sexual abuse at the Schweinfurt regional court.
The trial is scheduled to begin on April 26th, and according to the court, six days are planned for Monday.
The mother of the child is said to have known about her partner's attacks and tolerated them.
The 39-year-old is in custody for aiding and abetting the serious sexual abuse of children by failure.
Her boyfriend is charged with dozens of serious sexual abuse and incitement to child abuse, among other charges.
According to the prosecutor, the 49-year-old is “essentially confessing”.
The girl is said to have been nine years old when her significant other started sexually abusing her.
According to the police, there were a large number of attacks from the end of 2018 to July 2020, mainly in an apartment.
Sometimes pictures and videos were made of it.

The investigation was started by a truck driver to whom the accused 49-year-old allegedly offered sexual services from the minor in a parking lot on Autobahn 70 last July - for money.
According to the investigators, a stranger had previously accepted the offer.
In at least two cases, the partner is said to have given the child to a 50-year-old who also comes from the region for sexual acts.
This man is also charged - but the district court has yet to decide whether to admit this charge.
He was arrested in September 2020 and has been in custody in two cases on suspicion of distributing pornographic literature and child abuse.
