Yuan Bin, male, Han nationality, born in November 1964, on-the-job graduate degree, from Nanjing, Jiangsu, member of the Communist Party of China.
Joined the Communist Party of China in October 1984 and joined the work in July 1986.
From July 1986 to April 1987, worked in the Office of the President of Kunming University;
From April 1987 to August 1989, he served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Director of the Party Office, and Director of the School Office of Kunming University;
From August 1989 to May 1992, served as Deputy Secretary of the Kunming Municipal Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Communist Youth League (presided over work);
