The plaintiff indicated that the material and moral damages suffered by him were represented in the expenses incurred by him in the judicial procedures and the attorney fees for the criminal case, as well as the expenses of the pending case and the subsequent expenses of the execution of the judgment and the attorney fees for all degrees of litigation.

He explained that he and his wife changed their phone numbers, in order to avoid pursuing the defendant, and her insistence on harassing him, as well as psychological damage by hurting his reputation and dignity.

The court stated in the merits of its judgment that it was evident from the papers that the error committed by the defendant, which is insulting the plaintiff, had been convicted on his behalf for proving the error on her side. Therefore, the claimed compensation must be examined and this does not affect the criminal court stopping the execution of the judgment, noting that the plaintiff in His request for compensation for the material damages that he suffered did not provide in the lawsuit papers evidence of the occurrence of these material damages, rather his statements were sent and he did not support them with evidence proving that material damage had occurred to him.

The court ruled obligating the defendant to pay the plaintiff 20 thousand dirhams in compensation for the moral damages suffered by him, and obligated the defendant to pay the lawsuit expenses, and to reject all other requests.
