It is noted that the head of the department for technical supervision, the chief engineer, the head of the crushing shop of the Norilsk concentration plant and an employee of the repair and construction trust "Norilsknickelremont" were detained.
Earlier, the authorities of the city of Norilsk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory declared Monday, February 22, a day of mourning in connection with the death of three people as a result of the collapse in the workshop of the Norilsk washing plant.
On February 20, a collapse occurred at the Norilsk enrichment plant, four people were removed from the rubble, one of them died. Searches were under way for two more workers.
