The explosion occurred in the fore deck area of ​​the cargo ship.

  Spanish media reported that the explosion has caused four crew members to be injured. At present, two wounded have been sent to the Seville hospital for treatment, and the other two wounded are receiving treatment in Gibraltar.

According to reports, the ship was flying the regional flag of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Gibraltar police have been involved in the investigation, but the cause of the explosion is not yet known.
