February 20, 2021 "The Board of Arbitrators, convened at today's meeting, decided by a majority of its members to apply the provisions of the Statute automatically in case of expulsion from the parliamentary group and will proceed from today with the opening of proceedings against parliamentarians to whom the expulsion was communicated, by the group leaders of the Chamber and Senate, following the vote of confidence on the government in recent days. At the same time, a phase of careful verification will begin on all the spokesmen who do not comply with the accounts, proceeding until from today with the first opening of the procedure for the laggards ".

This was announced in a note by the Board of Arbiters of the 5-star Movement.

Morra to RaiNews24: "I am outside the group in the Senate, not the Movement"

"From what I understand I am outside the parliamentary group of the Senate but not from the M5S: this must be decided by the Board of Arbitrators and then subjected to an online consultation. When the whole procedure is concluded, it can be said that I am outside the M5S".

Thus Senator Nicola Morra, president of the Anti-Mafia commission, on Saturday 24 on Rainews.

"The expulsion from the movement - he assures - will be the subject of any litigation, but I appeal to reasonableness, we risk playing the game of the system that we want to approve".

"I understand that the board of arbitrators has been stopped for over a year and before our requests for the expulsion procedure it should examine many other precedents, I believe it is not in the interest of any of us to implode the Movement".
