There are divided opinions about how the festival organizers in the county should act before this year's season.
SVT Västernorrland has interviewed several festival organizers and many are unsure.
No one knows if the government will keep its promise of vaccinations before midsummer, if the restrictions will be eased or if new directives will come.
The understanding is still high - if it does not work, it is set.
The longing for music and fellowship

- I think the need is huge and that many want to come up with something, have fun and meet friends, says Nicklas Norberg.

Feels skeptical
Nipyran is leaning towards not getting rid of it, says festival organizer Michell Orto.
He does not agree with the others, and does not really trust the government's praise.
- I feel just the opposite.
