20 February 2021 Thanks to the beautiful spring day, many people have gradually populated the Naples seafront, putting the necessary anti-contagion measures at risk.

The police had to take measures, blocking the sidewalk that goes from Piazza Vittoria to Santa Lucia.

In particular, access to the entrance area was forbidden and only the exit of those who were already inside the area which also includes the waterfront premises was allowed or favored.

The measure - agreed on the occasion of a table held in recent days in the Prefecture - serves to avoid gatherings.

A few days ago, in fact, the news had spread that a new rare variant of the coronavirus, unknown in the rest of Italy, was isolated in the Neapolitan capital, which worries the competent authorities not a little.

To enforce the blockade Police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, Municipal Police and Civil Protection.
