Kassel (dpa / lhe) - The Hessian Administrative Court (VGH) has only received a few urgent actions since the corona lockdown was extended last week.

So far, three so-called norm control urgent proceedings have reached the court, said a spokesman in Kassel.

Applicants are the operator of a kitchen studio, a textile department store and a secondary school student who opposes continuous distance learning.

The federal-state resolutions of Wednesday last week include the extension of the current measures to combat the corona pandemic until March 7th, hairdressers may reopen from March 1st under certain conditions.

A total of 16 urgent proceedings are currently pending at Hesse's highest administrative court.

There are also main proceedings, but the court spokesman was unable to give an exact number.

Dates for the main negotiations have not yet been set.

The VGH is directly responsible for procedures for reviewing legal norms such as a state ordinance.
