Berlin (dpa) - Former Dortmund professional Kevin Großkreutz has confirmed that the descent of the district rivals FC Schalke 04 would even hurt him in a certain way.
"There is no need to discuss the derby in the Ruhr area," said the 2014 soccer world champion in an interview with Sky.
"It's the greatest game for everyone and would not only be missing in the Ruhr area, but everyone else."
The Revierduell takes place this Saturday (6.30 p.m. / Sky) in Gelsenkirchen, Schalke is nine points behind the relegation place bottom of the table.
