According to the latest update of the data of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours covids have been registered: 15,479 new cases with 297,128 swabs and 353 deaths.

Emilia Romagna, 1,821 new positives and 46 deaths


Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 242,462 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 1,821 more than yesterday, out of a total of 30,716 swabs performed in the last 24 hours.

The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since yesterday is 5.9%, average age 40.6 years.

Of the 690 asymptomatic, 455 were identified thanks to contact tracing, 47 through tests for the risk categories introduced by the Region, 12 with serological screenings, 16 through pre-hospitalization tests.

An epidemiological investigation is still ongoing for 160 cases.

Forty-six new deaths, 10,281 in total since the beginning of the pandemic.

The active cases, that is the actual patients, to date are 34,937 (+17 compared to yesterday).

There are 183 patients admitted to intensive care (+2 compared to yesterday), 1,902 those in the other Covid departments (+12).

In Veneto 657 new positives, 32 deaths


There are 657 new coronavirus positives found in Veneto compared to 27,000 swabs carried out in the last 24 hours (2.41%).

The total positives from 21 February to today have risen to 324,000, while the number of beds occupied in hospitals continues to decline, today 1,374 (-49 compared to yesterday in the non-critical area and -2 in intensive care).
