Every day during the sports holiday week, the children SVT Nyheter met visited an ice rink in Sävsjö municipality.
While they think it is sad that indoor facilities are closed, they understand the spread of infection in Sävsjö and try to engage in outdoor activities.
- It is great to be able to play hockey even when it is corona.
The ice facility has closed, but it is fortunate that an ice rink is here, says Noah Ahnstedt.
Sävsjö municipality has placed benches and temporary barbecue areas adjacent to the washed ice.
The fact that the municipality is trying to invest in outdoor activities has been met with a positive response from Sävsjö residents.
- I have only been met with positive reactions, I think this has been appreciated, says Bo Ekros, supervisor at the park administration in Sjävsjö municipality.
