The investigation advances in the United States in the death of the father of Nicki Minaj.
A man accused of killing the American rapper's father by running over him in a car and then fleeing has been arrested, authorities said on Wednesday.
Charles Polevich, 70, was charged with having "left the scene of an accident which caused a death and tampered with evidence," local police said.
The man, who pleaded not guilty, was released after a $ 250,000 bail was paid, his lawyer Michael Scotto reported, interviewed by CNN.

Nicki Minaj's father, Robert Maraj, 64, was walking down the street in Mineola, New York's Long Island, when he was hit by a car on Friday.
The driver fled and Robert Maraj was taken to hospital where he died on Saturday.
