Feng Xiaoguang introduced that in 2020, the number of false litigation cases handled by procuratorial organs across the country will increase significantly.
With the increase in the number of cases, its harm has become increasingly prominent. It not only infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others, but also severely undermines social integrity and the fairness, justice and credibility of justice, and must be severely cracked down.
In 2019, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate held a special press conference on “Fighting False Litigation and Building Judicial Integrity” and released five guiding cases for the supervision of false litigation, which expanded the social influence of the procuratorial agency’s civil false litigation supervision.
In 2020, the procuratorial organs will continue to strengthen the supervision of false lawsuits.
First, in order to effectively strengthen the supervision of false civil lawsuits in the people's courts, the Supreme Procuratorate sent the "No. 5 Prosecutorial Recommendation" to the Supreme Law.
The second is to establish an information sharing platform for enforcement and supervision of legal inspections.
In July 2020, the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate signed the "Opinions on Establishing a National Work Platform for Implementation and Legal Supervision to Further Improve Cooperation and Cooperation Mechanisms" to continuously improve the level of informatization and standardization of enforcement and legal supervision.

The Zhejiang Provincial Procuratorate and the Bankruptcy Management Association jointly issued the "Minutes of the Meeting on Establishing a Working Mechanism for the Transfer and Disposal of False Litigation Clues in the Declaration of Bankruptcy Claims" to strengthen the supervision of false litigation in the declaration of bankruptcy claims and further expand the source of cases.
