For individuals, the fine will be from 2 thousand to 2.5 thousand rubles, for officials - from 4 thousand to 5 thousand rubles.

At the same time, for legal entities, the fine will be from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

At the same time, for the production of materials by an NCO-foreign agent and their distribution, including through the media or the Internet, without special marking, the law provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles, and on legal entities - from 300 thousand up to 500 thousand rubles.

Previously, the relevant law was adopted by the State Duma.
