Berlin (dpa / bb) - The owner of the partially occupied house on Rigaer Strasse in Berlin-Friedrichshain wants to quickly push through the access for a fire protection expert.

The owner's lawyer, Alexander von Aretin, announced to the German press agency that the appraiser and a representative of the owner under police protection should enter the barricaded house “Rigaer 94” by mid-March at the latest.

Last week the police were ordered by court order to protect an expert when entering the well-known symbolic project of the left-wing radical scene.

The administrative court found that entering the building would otherwise be too dangerous.

The police could now face another major operation in the event of an extensive mobilization of resistance by the left scene.
