your eyes, is the zero-covid strategy of Australia and New Zealand the right way to go?

At this point, I consider the zero-covid strategy to be an appropriate response.
We can tackle Covid-19 and its complications, such as pneumonia, in a manner similar to how we can tackle influenza - with vaccinations, adapted therapies and prevention.
WORLD:
Could the Australian elimination strategy also make sense for Europe and especially for Germany?
