The requirements are contained in the new edition of the federal law "On technical inspection of vehicles and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation".
The document lists more than 80 requirements for vehicle braking systems, steering, external lights, tires and wheels, and engine and engine systems.
Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation, auto expert Vyacheslav Lysakov, commented on the message that the Ministry of Transport will soften the requirements for the procedure for photographing a vehicle during an inspection.
