Bad Homburg (dpa / lhe) - In the process of shooting a woman in a Bad Homburg parking garage, the public prosecutor's office on Tuesday demanded a conviction for attempted murder.

The woman's former boyfriend should be sentenced to eleven years in prison, demanded the prosecutor's representative in the Frankfurt district court.

The characteristics of murder would be maliciousness and low motives.

The lawyers of the 61-year-old German, on the other hand, saw only one bodily harm in a state of reduced culpability, a prison sentence of "around five years" was sufficient.

The man is said to have shot his ex-girlfriend in the parking garage of the Seedammbad in November 2019.

Three shots hit, the woman survived seriously injured.

Her new friend had beaten the defendant and was slightly injured in the process.

Both appear in the trial as co-plaintiffs and demanded “at least 13 years in prison”.
