Bremerhaven (dpa / lni) - A large part of the Eisbären Bremerhaven basketball team is allowed to train again after a corona quarantine.

The quarantine had been ordered because a player in the second division had tested positive for the corona virus on Friday.

"Now that all people at contact level one have been tested negative for a third time and the contact tracing has ruled out an infection," the athletes are now allowed to train again, the club announced on Tuesday.

The player who tested positive must remain in quarantine.

The polar bears' next league game will take place on February 24th against Science City Jena.
