Intensive deliberation will take place at the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives as vaccination against the new coronavirus begins.

It is expected that there will be a debate over the vaccination schedule and how to deal with side reactions.

The intensive deliberation on the 17th will be attended by Prime Minister Suga and related ministers.

The ruling party will ask how it envisions the future schedule of vaccination and will request that the public understand the safety and efficacy of the vaccine and provide polite information.

On the other hand, the opposition party has decided to pursue the government's response that the information on side reactions occurring overseas is insufficient and that if vaccination continues as it is, the people may be confused.

In addition, the policy is to determine how the government will respond to ensure transparency regarding the selection of successor candidates following the announcement of the resignation of Chairman Mori of the Tokyo Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

On the other hand, it is expected that the committee on the 17th will hold a central hearing, which is the premise of the vote, on the 24th next week regarding the deliberation of the budget for the new fiscal year.

The ruling party wants to pass the House of Representatives early next month toward the establishment by the end of the fiscal year, and it is expected that discussions between the ruling and opposition parties will be held over the voting schedule.
