- We have had to sleep with our outerwear on.

It has been awful, says tenant Tuulikki Lindberg, who now hopes that the landlord will get the heating system in order.

Cold on inspection

When Ludvika's environmental and health office carried out an inspection last week, it was cold in the apartments, which meant that the landlord with an address in Stockholm was ordered to fix the heating problems.

Decides on fines

When SVT Dalarna visits the properties, the most acute problems with icy radiators seem to have been remedied.

The tenants in Fredriksberg hope that the problems, which began already in the autumn, will be solved permanently.

If this is not the case, the environment and building committee in Ludvika can on Wednesday decide on a fine for the property owner.

- In that case, the fine must be so tangible that it should cost less to remedy the problems than not to do so, says Charlotte Olsson who is section leader for environmental and health protection at Ludvika municipality.

Svt has unsuccessfully sought out the property owners to get their views on the problems.
