Flensburg (dpa / lno) - In the trial for attempted murder against three men who, among other things, are said to have thrown stones at a moving minibus, the verdict is expected on Monday.

Before that, the last plea must be made at the regional court in Flensburg.

The public prosecutor's office in Flensburg last Monday demanded several years' imprisonment for attempted murder for the three defendants.

The death of people was accepted with approval “to have fun”.

It was a lucky coincidence that no one was injured, said the prosecutor.

Two of the men are also charged with arson.

For a now 25-year-old who is said not to have been involved in the arson, his lawyer demanded acquittal.

For a 19-year-old at the time of the crime, his lawyer demanded that he also acquit him in the case of attempted murder.

A youth sentence of one and a half years, suspended on probation, was appropriate for the arson.

The stones were thrown onto a minibus in the Schleswig-Flensburg district.
